Life on the Rally: Quick Facts
Food & Drink
All water, food, and snacks (except dinner in Kingston) are provided to participants by our mobile caterer and amazing Nutrition Crew, and there are always vegetarian and vegan options.
All participants are required to bring their own plate and utensils. At breakfast & dinner you will be provided a compostable insert to be disposed in the organic bin.
Road Support
The Road Support Team will be positioned along the route at strategic locations, where turns are not obvious, where hazards exist, or if there are last minute changes to the route. They will be there to cheer you on and keep your spirits high
Camping & Accommodations
All participants need to bring camping gear! There are showers, outdoor washrooms, and swimming available at every campsite.
6-Day Riders and Crew camp for Days 1 and 2 and stay in Queens University dorms on Day 3 (for laundry and hot showers). 3-Day riders then join and everyone camps on Days 4 and 5 before arriving into Montréal. Refer to the handbook for camping gear checklist
Camping gear kits are available to be lent out to those who don’t have equipment. Contact Us to reserve one!
Luggage & Gear
Our amazing Rustlers Crew transports everyone’s luggage from campsite to campsite each day. Every participant gets two plastic bins to carry all their personal effects and camping gear.
Health & Wellness
Our Wellness Crew is made up of health professionals and are here to keep you healthy, on the road and in camp. We also have chiropractors and massage therapists available at lunch and in the evenings to help with the aches and pains.
Social Activities
For additional fun during the Bike Rally, special events are planned, and special themes too!
Every evening you can expect to look forward to something special, so when you’re on the Rally, keep you ears peeled to find out what fun is on the roster!
